Oly Lifting Meet is Sunday, June 2nd at 10am. (*NO regular WOD at 10am this week) The sign-up sheet is posted near the bathroom. You will get three attempts at three weights for each lift (snatch and clean & jerk). Please indicate your opening weight attempt when signing up. I know these are difficult lifts, but use this as a chance to test your progress! Hope to see you all there!
