Registration is now open for our July On-Ramp group (which officially starts Monday, June 30th). This group runs M/W/Th at 7:15pm, and space is limited to 6 participants. Please register to reserve your spot, and if you have questions, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Starting tomorrow, Open Gym time will be added to the schedule from 2:15pm to 4:15pm Monday through Friday. Coach Michael will be available to help you with skills or mobility, and to check your form as needed. Come join the fun!
Thank you all for your patience in working around our schedule this weekend for your Open workouts. I know a few more people plan on completing 14.5 around 1pm tomorrow–feel free to jump in if you still need to complete it.
Open Participants: We are going to do a quick limited run of some team t-shirts and tanks. We’ll pay for part of the shirts to reduce the cost to $10 (since you guys have already paid to participate in the open). If you want one to show your team spirit, we’ll post a sign up at the gym–get me your sizes (and if you want the tank or t-shirt) by this SUNDAY. Thanks! Anyone else who would like one of these can order one for $20. We’re just doing one batch of these, so get your order in if you’d like one.
Heads up, we’ll be trying out some changes in the weekend schedule. Every Saturday at 9am, you’re welcome to bring a friend who’d like to try CrossFit or just come to do the WOD. (Remember, please don’t bring people new to CrossFit to regular classes during the week as it is important they go through an on-ramp before doing high skill movements.) We’ll be testing out an 11am Mobility class with Michael on Saturdays (one hour session), so please give us feedback on the times that work best for you for this class. Sundays, Yoga will be moved to 9am, and 10am will be Open Gym time for you to make up a WOD you missed, practice skills, or work on your goals.
